• Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express Cards are eligible.
• Limit of $20 in total statement credits per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credits.
• Offer valid for in-store and online eligible purchases at U.S. Supermarkets. An “eligible purchase” means a purchase made with your enrolled Card at a U.S. supermarket location by 12/31/2024. “Supermarket” means a standalone merchant in the U.S. primarily selling supermarket products. Excludes gasoline purchases and gift card purchases. Specialty Food Stores, Superstores, Convenience Stores, Small Corner Grocery Stores, and Warehouse Clubs are not considered Supermarket stores. Excludes pharmacy and indoor vendor purchases such as coffee shops and restaurants. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
• Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
• Please allow 90-days after 12/31/2024 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
