• Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus are paid subscription services that provide features for Google Nest devices, such as video history, smart alerts, and whole home coverage. The main difference between the two plans is the amount of video history they provide:
• Nest Aware
• Includes 30 days of event video history that can be replayed, as well as smart alerts like sound and face detection.
• Nest Aware Plus
• Includes 60 days of event video history, plus 10 days of 24/7 continuous video history. This allows users to see everything that happens before, during, and after an event.
• 24/7 video history is only available for wired Google Nest cameras and Nest doorbells, and is not available for Nest Doorbell (battery).
• Nest Aware subscriptions start at $8 per month, or $80 per year. To use Nest Aware, you’ll need a Google account, a working internet connection, and access to the Nest and Google Home apps. You can subscribe to Nest Aware on the Google Store.
