Directions

1. Log in to the My Verizon App (Android or iOS)
2. From the My Verizon App, tap on the Verizon Up icon on the lower right
3. Find the section called “Special Offers”
4. If the $5 Verizon Gift Card Giveaway isn’t visible in the “Special Offers” section, click “See more” to view more offers.
5. Click “Claim” for the $5 Verizon Gift Card Offer
6. Scroll Down page to find your gift card code and PIN.
   • To apply this gift card to your Verizon bill, follow the instructions listed on this claim page to add a split payment.

Note: This offer is valid for each line. If your Verizon Wireless plan has two lines, a $5 gift card can be claimed for each line.
